Helping local governments serve their communities.
Helping local governments serve their communities.
At Stone Shore Municipal Consulting, our story began with a passion for helping municipal governments develop and implement solutions for a variety of challenges and tasks. Long-term and temporarty support can be provided by Stone Shore through partners Ron Rodjenski and Melanie Rodjenski, combined they have over 45 years of Vermont government experience, working for Selectboards and small towns.
Vermont's small towns are run primarily by community volunteers with a small number of paid staff who work with consultants and contractors to meet community needs. When there is a large project or vacancy in staffing, additional temporary resources may be needed to get through a dfficult time, plan for the future, and meet day-to-day operational needs. Stone Shore can help.
We believe that collaboration is key to success. Providing on-site and remote assistance directly to boards, committees and individual staff members is important to develop and implement project goals tailored to the community's unique needs. We will provide guidance and recommendations to enable volunteers and paid staff to excel in their responsibilities to taxpayers and the community.
